colonisation of the Americas by the Spanish crown in the 17th
century.

plenty in Cartagena’s Old City, private speedboat tours of the
nearby reef-surrounded Rosario Islands and a soak in the
purifying mud-volcano of Totumo are all luxurious pursuits to
